We chose our new apartment at Giudecca Mare (built on the site of an old boat yard) so that we would be able to step away from the hustle & bustle of Venice whilst remaining
close to all the sites & atmosphere of the city.
The apartment is in an exclusive residential setting, just a 5 minute vaporetto ride from St. Mark’s square. It has its own direct lagoon access and private jetty. Once inside, the apartment maximises the spectacular views of San Clemente Island.
